Located along the edge of Lake Chatuge in the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds, Mountain Country Christmas in Lights provides a delightful community festival and market throughout the holiday season each year.

An annual tradition for decades, the community comes out to see the giant Christmas tree light up to welcome the Christmas season.  Visitors will love the festive market atmosphere as local vendors and shops abound with holiday deals to take advantage of the occasion.

Take a carriage ride around the square to see the beautiful lights and decorations and keep an eye out for a TV or movie star too, as several TV shows and movies are filmed in the area.
